NSW Government housing stimulus package extended

March 10th 2010

The NSW Government's housing stimulus package has been extended.

Anyone purchasing a newly built home worth up to $600,000 could get 50% off their stamp duty if they purchase before 30 June 2010

This means stamp duty savings of up to $11,245 per dwelling
